Sonaban Bibi Pregnant Mother and Child Health Care project
We have successfully completed this program which is mainly focused on the women gone through pregnancy and afterwards the related child birth complications that result in the death of both women and child. The target of our program was for the people in Jessore Bangladesh
- Provide them the education by sending our volunteers regularly in that area and held sessions in groups how to minimize these risks.
- Our topics and counselling were mainly on pregnancy and labor, post-natal period, family planning methods, cervical cancer and other communicable and non-communicable diseases.
- In addition to that Green Touch provide women vitamin and iron supplements as they are food deficient.
- Our field worker also do follow up visits the conditions of the women’s in that area.
WE NEED YOUR SUPPORT
At the primary school level, Green Touch partners with five respected regional nongovernmental organizations to decrease the number of children who drop out or repeat a grade.
Our Recent Activities
Our goals are
– to create opportunities for children who can’t go to schools.
– help children to successfully complete their education.
– We arrange regular classes at our facilities.
– Arrange extracurricular activities like sports day.
– Arrange workshops giving awareness to the children in choosing their interests.
– create communities so that they can create “child friendly” classroom.
