WOMEN HEALTH
We reach to the communities and provide themthe information about the health of women in the poverty living areas. We work through communities and nongovernmental organizations in different part of Bangladesh and reach to those women who need be educated about their health issues because a healthy women and mother can build a healthy generation.
We send teams to the rural areas
– who educate the local women about hygiene issues
– educate them about the pregnancy issues
– educate them about the use of Contraceptive methods
– hold sessions in to inform women about their overall health issues
Green Touch’s HIV/AIDS responses all over the world and especially under development country like in Bangladesh are highlighted by our lead role in partner consortium that seeks to prevent the spread of HIV among adolescents and young people ages 10 to 24.
We target adolescents with an initiative that offers access to reproductive and sexual health information, including HIV/AIDS, and supports them by linking with existing services, as well as with informal sources of support, such as peers, parents and teachers.
